March 12, 2019 | By Jillian Morgan

Registration is now open for the Lean Construction Institute of Canada (LCI-C)–a committee of the Canadian Construction Association–fourth annual training day and conference.

The conference, to be held in Montreal, QC from April 30 to May 2, 2019, will include members of the design and consulting community, contractors, public-and-private-sector owners and other members of the Canadian building industry.

This year’s training day on April 30 offers three full-day training programs, including a “Lean bootcamp” and sessions with a focus on productivity as well as Lean supply chain and assembly.

On May 1 and 2, attendees can participate in over 20 sessions with a faculty of more than 30 speakers.

“This leanWorks-themed conference will showcase examples of success stories from various stages of Lean journeys,” said Bob Hildenbrandt, LCI-C chair. “Since we will be in Quebec, we’re delighted to deliver this conference in both official languages.” www.lcicanada.ca
